4. Cookies, Other Tracking Tools, and Web Analytics [when using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, eTracker, etc.]
4.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies, and functions of the web analysis service (Google Analytics) can be used on our internet platform in various ways. Cookies are small items of text information that enable recognition of the user and analysis of your use of our websites. The information generated thereby is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. They serve to make our internet presence overall more user-friendly, effective, and secure. In addition, cookies are used to measure the frequency of page views and for general navigation.
4.2. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies. You can refuse the acceptance of cookies in your browser settings. Please refer to the instructions provided by your browser manufacturer for details on how to do this. If you decide against certain technical and/or functional cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them.
4.3. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
4.4. Your IP address is captured but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This makes only rough localization possible.
4.5. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses.
4.6. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 GDPR (in particular consent). Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.
5. Consent and Right of Withdrawal
5.1. If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after your express consent.
5.2. In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that the consent of your legal representative has been obtained.
5.3. You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at the following email address: dataprotection@radixgroup.com. In such a case, the data stored about you will be anonymized and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without any personal reference. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. Data Security
6.1. Our company implements technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.
